The differences between recyclables and other garbage are obvious, however some of it isn’t as easy to note as you might think! Between food and something such as a plastic container, there are a few options you have with each. Consider composting your food in the yard! This leads to less garbage, and rich soil! Additionally, be mindful of sharp and dangerous materials. Wrap sharp edges with tape, and do the same with other items. Reuse
Those packages from Amazon are great, but they don’t all have to be thrown away! Think about cardboard and the uses you may get from them afterwards. Keep a few boxes laying around and you can use them to separate yourself from the pavement, and prevent oil from spilling down and staining it.
